May River Technology
Park Study
Client: Jim Stritzinger
Location: Bluffton, SC
Size: 40 acres
The May River Technology Park was a planning study to demonstrate how technology buildings could be organized in a manner to create a place people would like to work. The vision for the vernacular of the buildings was a "Lowcountry" style appropriate for this part of South Carolina. Some supporting commercial was included in the plan.
