This is a four-story mixed-use building designed to house both office and retail components. The building was designed to support medical offices with plans for a pharmacy on the street level. The total project is supported by a parking deck located adjacent to the project. The neo-classical design of the building fits comfortably in the Dilworth neighborhood.
