Mt. Mourne Master Plan
Client: Town of Mooresville, NC
Location: Mooresville, NC
Square Footage: 25,134 / 32 units
In association with Burgess Design and Sottile and Sottile, we provided architectural design and master planning services for an area of Mooresville, NC known as Mt. Mourne. The team dealt with planning for new residential and commercial growth while attempting to preserve rural character of certain sections. The masterplan also incorporated a transit-oriented development adjacent to the Lowes Corporate campus (shown above).
